What life experiences may have led you to a career in STEM?
I knew I wanted to be an engineer after a career day assembly in high school. An engineer from Boeing spoke to us and it just clicked for me. I was going to be an engineer.
What are some fun and interesting facts about your life with which students might identify?
I enjoy being outdoors and active. I love participating in charity runs and bike rides. I have a strong sense of community and a desire to serve. I enjoy being an advocate for STEM, especially when it comes to mentoring youth.
What other other things should students know about you?
I am blessed with an amazing and supportive family. They allow me to thrive and push me to be my best.
